Registration amount is exclusive of GST (@ 18%) and Internet Transaction Charges.
Registration fee includes admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch and delegate kit.

Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (Government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
It is mandatory to submit a letter from HOD to avail the registration in Residents & Fellows category.
Cancellations & Refunds
Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail. 2023
Request must be sent to conference secretariat on E-mail: resurgecolloquim@gmail.com.
No refund of registration fee will be provided for cancellation request received before 5 November 2024.
50% of the registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after completion of the conference.
Please Note:
Registration is mandatory for all the Faculty, Delegates, scientific paper presenters/ scientific poster presenters as well as for participating in the workshops.
Registration cannot be transferred.
Registration fee does not include travel and accommodation; these should be arranged by participants themselves.
The website will have the details of the tour & travel concierge to assist travel and accommodation requirements of the delegates.
